Giving to St. Gabriel

Thank you for considering a contribution to St. Gabriel Parish.

Your donation supports all of the ministries of our parish and we are grateful for all of the gifts we receive.

There are many ways to contribute. If you'd like to speak with someone about a donation, please contact Connie Helm, Director of Development, in parish office at (262)-628-1141.

Envelope Contributions

All registered parishioners will automatically receive envelopes. Envelopes are sent every other month and will be received unless requested otherwise. You may place your contribution in the envelope and either place it in the collection basket at church or mail it to the parish office.

ACH/Credit Card Contributions

For those of us who would prefer not to use the envelope system, you may have contributions taken out of your checking or savings account or charged to your credit card automatically. To set this free and easy system up, simply fill out and “ACH/Credit Card Contribution” form and return it to Laura Rogacki, Senior Accountant, in the parish office. You may put your completed form in the collection basket (put it in a sealed envelope with Laura’s name on it), or mail it to the parish office. Due to the sensitive information on this form, please do not email. Click here to print out your form.

Corporate Matching Gift Programs

Double your contribution to St. Gabriel!  Many donors enhance the impact of their gifts through their employer’s matching gifts program; some even match gifts

made by retirees and spouses. Contact your human resource department for eligibility requirements and an application form and begin doubling your gift to St. Gabriel.  If your employer doesn’t have a matching gift program, ask them to consider starting one. Financial Assistance Grants

This program awards funds for tuition assistance for the parish day school and lifelong faith formation programs. The amount of an individual grant is determined each year based on the number of funds available and the applicant’s specific need. We are proud to offer a program of fair distribution of funds so that Catholic education may be a more affordable option for some families.

St. Gabriel Parish has several restricted funds. Monies contributed to these funds are utilized only as purposed by the restrictions of the specified fund. In addition, only donors can restrict a contribution or donation. All contributions and donations received to the parish are considered general funds, unless a donor chooses to restrict the contribution or donation to a specified restricted fund.

  • The “Building Fund" contributions and donations are currently used to repay the debt on our new formation building and parish hall.
  • The “Cemetery Fund” is restricted to the care and perpetual care of our three cemeteries: St. Columba, St. Hubert, and St. Mary.
  • The “Endowment Fund” is restricted to tuition assistance and support of our Catholic School. This fund will help students for generations to come. A true legacy of our donors!
  • The “Restricted School Fund” represents donations for a specific purpose for our parish school. These monies will primarily be utilized for RTI (Resource to Intervention) teachers, specified tuition grants, technology replacement, and curriculum.
  • The “Seminary Fund” is for lay ministry who are seeking additional education or credentials for parish leadership. Anyone thinking of becoming a St. Gabriel Parish Deacon, please talk to Fr. Tim.
