Music Ministry

Welcome

St. Gabriel has many opportunities for parishioners to share their time and talent through the ministry of music. If you already participate, thank you for your stewardship in the St. Gabriel music ministries! Your participation greatly enhances worship for all our parishioners – you are greatly appreciated!  We love welcoming new members--please prayerfully consider joining one of our choirs, or sharing your talents as a cantor or musician.

Director of Music!

Joe is a trained pianist with impressive talent and experience.  Joe is the Artistic Director of the Fox River Chamber Fest as well as the performance and rehearsal pianist for UWM’s 2022 Spring production of Mark Adamo’s opera Little Women.  He was formerly an artist-in-residence at the Apollo Music Festival and the Bermuda Piano Festival.  He has soloed with the Oberlin Orchestra, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, Madison Symphony Orchestra, and Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra. Prior to moving to Milwaukee, Joe served on the Adjunct Faculty at NYU Steinhardt, where he completed a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance with Eteri Andjaparidze. His undergraduate studies were with Peter Takacs at Oberlin Conservatory.

When Joe is not engaged in music, he enjoys golf, biking, and snowboarding. Joe is excited to be part of our St. Gabriel Community and we are honored to have him participate in our prayer.
