Jesus Christ acts through the sacraments He instituted to communicate His grace. The sacraments are perceptible signs (words and actions) accessible to our human nature.  God gives his Divine life to us as Catholic Christians through the sacramental life of the Church. In each Sacrament, Christ is present with us in every stage and condition of life. 

This is why our Mission at St. Gabriel’s is to PROCLAIM Christ and make (FORM) disciples through the sacramental life (LIVE) of the Church. We believe that each Sacrament is an encounter with the living God. The effect is that our lives are as Jesus desired:
