Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 53rd annual St. Gabriel Giant Flea Market. The event is held rain or shine! Come prepared to join our 300+ vendors selling to over 5,000+ customers.
To become a vendor, please use these easy 3 steps.
- Read the Vendor Guidelines
- Complete the Vendor Registration Forms and send them via mail to the address above with payment (check or cash).
- If paying by credit card or debit card, please click the green button below to be directed to our payment page and send your Registration Forms via mail to the address above, or email your Registration Forms to the email below.
All Vendors must read the Vendor Guidelines, complete, sign, and send back Registration Forms, including the Hold Harmless Indemnity Agreement, and provide payment (check, cash, or credit card) for your registration to be complete.

What are the hours of the event?
Public shopping hours are 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
There is NO entry to our parking lots or grounds before 6:30 a.m., except for vendors and our volunteers. Prior to 6:30 a.m. there is not sufficient daylight to ensure the safety of our vendors and volunteers. Thank you for your understanding.
Is this event free and open to the public?
All are welcome to join us for our Giant Flea Market. There is no cost for admission, however, there is a $2 fee for parking. Please have exact change ready when you arrive.

Is there an ATM?
Yes, an ATM will be available by the big tent!
Are pets allowed?
- Dogs are permitted at our event but must be leashed at all times. Please also be respectful of our beautiful grounds and ensure to pick up after your animal.
- Service animals are also allowed.
How do I become a vendor?
Details on how to become a vendor for this year's event will be updated in June.
What sizes are the vendor spaces?
- North field spaces are 11’ wide by 34’ deep
- Blacktop spaces are 10’ wide by 34’ deep
- Additional spaces available in sizes 34’ wide by 10’ deep, and 20’ wide by 15’ deep.
