Hello! My name is Nikki Packee, and I have been a proud member of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish since 2009. I began serving as the parish bulletin and website editor in the summer of 2019, and in 2021, my role expanded to include marketing responsibilities for our growing parish and school community.

As the Marketing and Media Administrator, I have the privilege of creating visual and digital communications that reflect the vibrancy of our parish and school—whether through the website, bulletin, Messenger newsletter, emails, or social media. I also support the school administration team with marketing and enrollment efforts, and I am truly honored to help share the Good News and contribute to the mission of our faith-filled community.

Volunteering is a core value of mine, and I enjoy participating in many parish and school events throughout the year. Through these experiences, I’ve met incredible people and formed lasting friendships. Some of my favorite events include the Parish School Dinner Auction, Holiday Boutique, and our beloved Giant Flea Market.

My husband, Jeffrey, and I are blessed with our son, Oliver, a proud graduate of St. Gabriel Catholic Parish School. As a family, we enjoy spending time at our family lake house, walking our dogs, Gibson and Oreo, watching movies together, and playing tennis. Oliver enjoys building with Legos, video games, tennis, volleyball, and basketball.
