WI TEMP. EVENT OPERATOR & SELLER FORM INFO:
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has established requirements for The St. Gabriel Giant Flea Market to collect the attached Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form. A full description of Wisconsin Department of Revenue Publication 228:Temporary Events can be viewed on the Wisconsin Department of Revenue site at: https://www.revenue.wi.gov/DOR%20Publications/pb228.pdf.
An “Occasional Sale Exemption” exists in publication 228 section F.2.(3) for sellers with less than $2,000 in sales per year. This exemption exempts certain sellers from obtaining a Wisconsin Sellers permit but it does not preclude you from completing Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form.
